Overview
An AI-powered EdTech platform that transforms any content into interactive learning materials. Upload a lecture, a PDF, or a YouTube video — Entiendo turns it into quizzes, flashcards, summaries, and video explanations generated by AI avatars.

The Challenge
Students and professionals spend hours consuming content but retain very little. The founder had a vision for an AI tool that could turn passive content into active learning — but needed a team that could build the full product, fast.
Our Approach
We ran a Clarity Week to scope the product, then built the full platform in a 10-week sprint. The core engine uses Claude to analyze uploaded content and generate multiple learning formats. We integrated Remotion for AI-generated video explanations and built a real-time progress dashboard.
The Outcome
The platform launched on time and helped the founder raise $641K in their seed round. The product is now in active use by university students and corporate training teams.
