The Challenge
A growing distribution company was running on spreadsheets and disconnected tools. Orders got lost, inventory counts were wrong, and generating a monthly report took days.
Our Approach
We built a custom ERP from scratch — six modules that talk to each other. Inventory syncs with purchasing, sales feed into invoicing, and logistics tracks every delivery. A companion mobile app gives warehouse staff real-time picking lists.
The Outcome
The system has been in production for years and is the operational backbone of the company. What used to take days now takes minutes.
